The Baray Villa is a themed design hotel is located just 500 m from the beautiful Kata Beach and the shops in the centre of Kata. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from a range of restaurants and 40 km from Phuket International Airport. Built in 2008, this hotel offers 14 luxury villas in Phuket's Kata Beach area. Facilities at the hotel include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cafe, restaurant, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park.
The triple pool-access villas are designed to reflect the glorious days of ancient Thailand and Arabia in an oasis, surrounded by the tranquillity of nature with many trees and the aromas of flowers. The rooms are designed to feel transparent and are very well ventilated with a full range of amenities. The rooms are around 180 square metres in size with unique and spectacular design elements. The luxurious villas have access to three pools; an in-villa jet pool which is connected to the in-villa private pool, set amidst tranquil gardens with an extension to the sparkling main pool. Each room features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer as well as a king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a radio. Other in-room amenities include Internet access, a safe, minibar/fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated air conditioning and a private terrace.
The free-form saltwater oasis pool sparkles in the night with the reflection of the sky, creating a romantic setting which represents the lifestyle of a traveller in the desert using the stars as their only guidance. Guests may enjoy a drink at the poolside snack bar, or relax in the sauna or by choosing from a selection of spa and massage treatments. The nearby beach is sandy.
The Dome Bar is visible from afar with its sky roof and the restaurant specialises in international Thai cuisine and seafood. A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning, whereas lunch and dinner are available la carte or from set menus. The hotel staff provide personal assistance, taking care of guests 24 hours a day.
